Extended Warranty Coverage including Labor Costs (up to $500)
The AxiomLED Extended Warranty Coverage extends our standard product warranties (see Standard Warranty - different for each part type). This warranty can be used after the Standard Warranty has expired. In addition to covering products purchased this special warranty coverage can be used to cover Labor Costs associated with replacing faulty products. Cost of products and Labor covered by this warranty are covered up to $500.00.
This warranty must be purchased in conjunction with one of the following product types:
- AXLE (1-10) series LED modules and PS Series (PS40, PS60, PS72, PS120, PS144) Power Supplies
- AX-Troffer Retrofit Kit
- AX-LED Tube Retrofit Kit
The Warranty must be registered within 30 days of receipt of products on our online Extended Warranty Registration page. Information required for qualification of the Extended Warranty Coverage includes original order number, your name, site of installation or retrofit, city permit number for installation, and a photo of the installation.

Extended Warranty Coverage that is not registered within 30 Days of receipt of the email notification following your order are not covered by the warranty. AxiomLED reserves the rights to use information about these installations in its marketing and product use information database.
