How do I return an item?

RETURNS
Any item that is purchased can be returned. Our restocking fee is 20% of the original order amount. To return an item request it from customerservice@axiomled.com and include the order number on which you purchased the product and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to you with return instructions.
 
RETURNS (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
If the materials are found to be defective material as covered by our Warranty AXIOM will replace defective products with the exact product. In this case your shipping cost to ship the defective product to AXIOM will be reimbursed.
NOTE: If a higher cost replacement product is needed to replace the defective product no credit for your cost of shipping the original defective product will be reimbursed.
 
RETURN (DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT)
If customer wants to return product because they do not like or want the products, upon receipt of the products and confirmation that there are no defects we will issue you 80% of the order as a credit to your credit card. Shipping of returned products is at the expense of the customer. No credit for shipping cost will be issued on these returns.
