All users of this site agree that access to, use of this site, and ordering products from this website are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Countries Serviced AxiomLED will support online orders from any country around the world accept for companies in countries banned by the USA government. Additionally, AxiomLED will not support online orders from New Zealand. Orders for New Zealand are handled directly by www.MagAssembly.com
Order Delivery Information Typical delivery information for each product is described in the details for each product. If AxiomLED cannot meet the standard delivery times specified we will immediately contact you and provide you with estimated lead time for the product. If you select to cancel the order the terms below apply.
Order Cancellations An order can be cancelled at any time. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed there is no cancellation charges. After 24 hours there is an 80% cancellation charge of the full amount of the order. A credit of 20% will be issued back to your credit card or PayPal account.
If a customer wants to return products the 80% cancellation or restocking charge noted above applies.AxiomLED also reserves the right to refuse business. AxiomLED can and may cancel orders placed by competitors, by people associated with competitors, or by people acting on competitors behalf. Orders will be cancelled and credit will be issued. AxiomLED also does not approve of the use of purchase products for comparison testing for private of government use or for publication without express written consent. Limitation of Liability - Shipping (Use of Customer Provided Account) Axiom LED - Online Store and its affiliate company Axiom Power Corp of Taiwan and associated parties of ACE Power California, ACE Power International Taiwan, Analog Vision Company Taiwan, and Justin Inc California, are not responsible for shipping charges incurred by customers that select to ship by their own shipping account (Fedex, DHL, or UPS). It is understood that by selecting this method of shipping product that customer is completely responsible for shipment and shipment charges.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Axiom LED - Online Store product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Axiom LED - Online Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Axiom LED - Online Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Axiom LED - Online Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Axiom LED - Online Store without notice at any time, for any reason.
